"We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we think we cannot." Eleanor Roosevelt

Mysteriously silent, sort of
It probably seems like I have gone a bit mysteriously silent, after all the posting I had been doing. I meant to post a lot from Vermont - stories, pictures - and then I just didn't. I had lots of down time. Lots of time with the kids. But I just didn't feel like posting. I had a wonderful time though. I'm back in NY and there is lots going on - I'll get to it, soon. Promise.

Back again, gone again
I was in Boca Raton Florida for the weekend. Today I am back, tomorrow gone again. I am going to Vermont to see my brother, sister-in-law and two super cute nephews. I can't wait to see the kiddos. I am so bad about taking pictures, but I am going to try to take lots of photos this time to post. I don't have any recent pictures of me with the kids but I always wish that I took some every time I leave. I will be there for Easter which will be fun. I am staying for just over two weeks. Hoping it warms up enough for an outdoor climb but we'll see. Otherwise things are status quo. I got the new menu of spa services yesterday that start May 1 and got that whole trip coordinated and booked. We've got some quality time booked with the famous Wyatt Webb - can't wait! He's going to be like you again! I'm bringing him another victim (Paul - last year I took him Jen). I go see Wyatt every year. I am a little nervous about this actually. Not me going to see him - him seeing Paul. Wyatt is like a wizard. He has this way with people. He can look at you, zero in on your emotional baggage, make you cry in 30 seconds and then work the shit out of it. I've done this with him many times over the past 4 years. The thing is, I don't know for Paul what baggage, if any, might come up, and it's a pretty intimate environment (8 people in a group), so it could be weird. I've tried to describe the experience to Paul and I think he just thinks it's slightly whacky so I am a little nervous about sharing this experience with him. Wyatt is mine! He has a new lecture he is doing which I am really excited about. If you don't know who Wyatt is, I highly highly recommend you read his books. He is one of the coolest people I have ever met.
