Let's see - since I moved to New York City almost exactly a month ago, I sprained my ankle really badly, my car battery died for no reason, my computer battery died for no reason, we had an earthquake, and now we are having a hurricane. Seriously?
My roommate and I do not live in one of the mandatory evacuation zones so we have decided to stay put. I am a little nervous about all of this because I have never been through a hurricane, but my roommate has and she is not worried. So we are going to just ride it out. I will post later - assuming we have Internet.
