Hi from Miraval. Nothing today went as planned. We were all set to go with Wyatt for like the better part of the day and he was sick. We are rescheduled with Wyatt for later in the trip, but it was disappointing anyway. Since everything was thrown out of whack I decided to go to two other lectures. Maybe things work the way they work for reasons that I can't understand, because I got not one wake up call, but two. A slap in the face that I might otherwise have missed completely.
I know that some people come here and have emotional breakdowns, life changing transformations etc. I have a very intense four days ahead of me, emotionally, and I have decided to just give myself up to the process. Here goes nothing.
