Anyway, more photos to follow - I'm just waiting for my brother to load the ones on his camera into Picasa so I can get them. Oh, and I'll post about why I don't decorate...those of you who are curious though, you are probably going to be disappointed when you hear the reason!

A photo preview
This is my nephew Ellis playing with my cousin's new kitty. It's an E size kitty - perfect size for him to pick up by a paw and swing around above his head - which he did try once. We had to watch him pretty closely around the two kittens. It was pretty darn cute. He was sort of getting the hang of the flat handed gentle pet, but you had to remind him. He seemed to like to touch the whiskers also - I think because he knows the sign for cat, which involves making a gesture like whiskers. They taught him some sign language so he could communicate before he could use words. He seems to know several, but his favorite is definitely more. That's gotta be his favorite word too. He uses it for everything. More food, more tickles, more chasing, more of everything. But he says it in this really cute way - sort of like a question, where his voice goes up at the end.

Once my twins qualified for speech at 2, the speech therapist started with signing and their first and favorite sign was more too. ;-)
