Still here, but barely
The pain is unrelenting, the tears like a waterfall. I can't stop.

Thinking of you. (((((Hugs))))). It's going to be ok. It may not feel like it right now, but it will be. Hang in there.
Letting go is hard, whether its tears or a person or alcohol, its all hard. Tears are VERY healing, do not resist them. Let it out and breathe
