Happy new year everyone! Last night I did nothing to celebrate - not because I couldn't have, but I just didn't feel like it. I was asked to speak at an AA meeting - so I went and did that, and then came home, put jammies on, ate cereal, watched t.v., and went to bed before midnight. I didn't watch any new year's shows or celebrations - I just don't really care about new year's.
For me, the year started on December 14th anyway - my anniversary. So here's to hoping for an uneventful and healthy year - cause that's all I really want, a peaceful and quiet, and healthy year.
I won't tell you what I did today on this lovely first day of 2008, because it's far too embarrassing. I did manage to put real clothes on and go to the grocery store, and I cleaned the bath tub and worked out for an hour. But I won't tell you what else I did.

I was in bed asleep by 9pm, and proud of it! New Years is so overrated!!

Yeh I was glad to be out of the ratrace this year, although I did spend it round a campfire in africa, so I was very lucky
